All Fortnite NPCs & Exotic Weapon Locations
There are over 40 NPCs to find, and most of them have multiple locations. Use this guide to find them all and complete your collection!
In Chapter 2 Season 5, Fortnite introduced Hunters and NPCs. These characters were placed sporadically throughout the map, with some of them having multiple possible locations. As some strange form of torture, the developers tasked us with finding all of these characters to complete our collection. We’ve scouted the map and found them!
All Fortnite NPCs and Exotic Weapon Locations
Some of the NPCs carry exotic weapons that are otherwise unavailable on the map. You can trade some of your hard earned-gold for them, possibly providing you a slight edge in the match, if they fit your playstyle. Listed below are the locations of all the NPCs in numerical order. We’ve also marked the locations of the NPCs with Exotic weapons on the map.

- Exotic Weapon: Shadow Tracker
- Exotic Weapon: Night Hawk
- Exotic Weapon: Amban Sniper Rifle
- Exotic Weapon: Boom Sniper Rifle
- Pristine Point, northwest of Steamy Stacks.
- South of the lake that is south of Sweaty Sands.
- Exotic Weapon: Dragon’s Breath Sniper
- Hilltop House, southeast of Stealthy Stronghold.
- Southeast corner of Craggy Cliffs.
- Exotic Weapon: Chug Cannon
- Northern warehouse of Slurpy Swamp.
- Shanty Town, southwestern corner of the map.
- Lumber Lodge, southern edge of the map.
- In the RV park at Weeping Woods.
- Northeast of Shipwreck Cove (southeastern corner of the map).
- On the mountain North of Retail Row.
- Exotic Weapon: Hop Rock Dualies
- Western edge of Salty Towers.
- Across the river East of Lazy Lake.
- On the hill overlooking the river east of the Orchard.
- North of Pleasant Park, south of Durr Burger Food Truck.
- Compact Cars, West of Dirty Docks.
- Exotic Weapon: The Dub
- Gas station north of Slurpy Swamp.
- Gas Station West of Misty Meadows (and South of Hydro 16).
- Gas Station in Lazy Lake.
- On the road Southeast of Craggy Cliffs.
- On the road Southwest of Steamy Stacks.
- On the road on the western edge of Sweaty Sands.
- On the island in Loot Lake, north of Misty Meadows.
- Canoe Lake, North of Retail Row.
- On the edge of the River south of Steamy Stacks.
- On the Dock at Sweaty Sands.
- Flopper Pond, East-by-northeast of Holly Hedges.
- Southwest corner of Holly Hedges.
- Northern edge of Lazy Lake.
- Northeast corner of Retail Row, in the large building.
- In the apartments in the middle of Sweaty Sands.
- Southern half of Retail Row, just west of the center.
- Northeastern corner of Pleasant Park.
- Durr Burger Food Truck, east of Stealthy Stronghold.
- Durr Burger restaurant, west of Weeping Woods.
- The Pizza Pit, south of the Orchard.
- Pizza Pit Food Truck, on the road South of Hydro 16.
- Camp Cod, southern edge of the map, on the eastern half.
- In the house Northwest of Shipwreck Cove.
- Northwest of Weeping Woods.
- Southern edge of the map, just west of center.
- Southeastern corner of the map, southwest of Shipwreck Cove.
- Southeastern corner of the map, northeast of Shipwreck Cove.
- On the small island in the northeastern corner of the map.
- In the center of Coral Castle, a bit southeast of the largest building.
- In the restaurant on the northern side of Craggy Cliffs.
